Question: How can I take advantage of free shipping?
Answer:
-Order $75 or more.
-Choose "Free Shipping" as your shipping method.
-Order must be shipped to a single address.
-Free shipping to the United States.
-Rockin'Gifts.com reserves the right to choose carrier for free shipping program; shipping will either be UPS Ground or USPS.

Question: How long does it take from the time I order, until the order ships?
Answer: It will take 1-2 business days to process your order from the time it was placed, but we will definitely
try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you are doing expedited shipping, we will try to ship your
order the following day. If we are out of stock on an item, we will send you an email to inform you of options that
are available.

Question: Which carriers do you use to ship and what will be the shipping cost?
Answer: We are currently using UPS and United States Postal Service to ship orders to our customers; as they are the most reliable and convenient ways to get our products to you. For expedited shipment, please use our
other options.For your convenience, there is a freight calculator at the beginning of the checkout process to figure out what your freight amount will be.

Question: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Answer: Yes, we are currently shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are using US Postal Service to ship to these areas. Shipping time will be 4-9 business days for Alaska and Hawaii orders. For Puerto Rico, shipping time may take up to 14-20 business days to ship.

Question: Are you shipping to Canada?
Answer: Yes, we are now shipping to Canada. We are using US Postal Service to ship to Canada, please use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart section to figure out what the charge would be. Shipping time will be
determined by customs and can range from 5-14 business days.

NOTE: The recipient of the shipment may be subject to any import fees and taxes due, as this is and international shipment. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paidby the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can not predict what these charges may be. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Question: What is the estimated time for ground shipment?
Answer: We are shipping out of California, below is an estimated shipping time for the 48 continental US.

*Disclosure: Orders that are returned to us by the shipping company due to a wrong address or other reasons
will be credited back to the card used, less the shipping cost. If we need to ship the order to you again, shipping
charges will apply. Sorry, this is a shipping company charge, therefore we will have to apply this cost. So please
make sure you enter the correct shipping address, if there is a suite or apartment number, please be sure to
enter that information.

Returns & Replacements

Question: Can I return or exchange products that I ordered?
Answer: Returns must be done 15 days after the package was received. We can only take returns on damaged or incorrectly sent items. We will refund the price paid and will include any shipping charges. All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Please send an email to info@rockingifts.com with the subject "Return authorization" and we will supply you with the authorization number. Return items must be in "new" condition and we will refund the price of the products upon receiving the items. For exchanges, please contact us and we will be glad to help.

Question: If I have a question about my order or ordering, can I speak with someone?
Answer: Yes, please feel free to call us at 714-852-2632 and we will be glad to help with any issues. Also call us, if you would like to place a phone order.

Question: What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards (Visa,Mastercard,American Express,Discover) and Paypal for our online orders. We also accept checks and money orders, please contact us if you would like to place an order with this option.

Question: Are my credit card transactions secure?
Answer: Yes, your credit card transactions are secure. We use Paypal as our gateway for all transaction and they are one of the most secure platform out there. We do not store any credit card information on our server or do not share any information supplied with anyone else.

Question: Who must pay sales tax?
Answer: A 7.75% sales tax will be applied to any order that ships to the state of California.

Question: How can I check on the status of my order or order history?
Answer: To view your order or order history, just log into your account and you can track or view previous orders that were placed.

Question: Can I update my information within the store?
Answer: Yes, please log into your account and there you will be able to update your current information.
